Mayor's Grievance Redressal Cell
A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to enable the public to submit complaints directly to the Mayor and seek appropriate solutions. The Cell has been set up specifically to receive public grievances directly by the Mayor, in addition to the regular complaint submission facilities available at the Corporation office.
The Cell functions alongside the Janasevana Centre at the Corporation's Main Office. Citizens can submit their complaints in person or through various channels, including WhatsApp, email, Facebook and the official website.
