The Honorable Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram, V.V. Rajesh, inaugurated 'Toofan 2.0'—the second phase of the Kerala Police's prestigious anti-drug initiative, 'Operation Toofan'—and distributed 'Toofan' badges. Thiruvananthapuram City Deputy Commissioner of Police Sherin Shah IPS delivered the presidential address.
