September 30, 2026
The historic Beemapally Uroos festival is set to begin on November 11. A special meeting was held today at the Jama-ath Hall to ensure the smooth conduct of the festival, which draws thousands of devotees day and night. Officials from various government departments, Jama-ath office-bearers, standing committee chairpersons, councilors, and Corporation officials participated; they reviewed the preparations and decided to execute subsequent tasks in a time-bound manner. Throughout the festival, the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, or a standing committee chairperson will visit the festival venue daily to oversee coordination efforts. A special meeting will be held at the Corporation office on Tuesday at 3 PM to further discuss matters related to the KSEB.
